The Admin Has Alot Of Powers, Please Don't Create An Account And Then Do Something Silly.. You Could Recieve An IP Ban Which Means You Won't Be Able To Access The Forum On That Computer Fell Free To Talk About What You Wish Just Try And Make It In The Correct Section.

IP ban lol, theres also a type of ban that can dissable a series of words, letters lol if you could set that up, then pople would not be able to create offensive names, however seen as no-one on these forems is 16+ it seems preety pointless.
